A couple of months ago I was searching for the reliable and cheap VPS Hosting service for my website and what I have experienced is really sharable. So, I am narrating my experience and hoping the readers will find it helpful for them while searching for the web hosting companies. This was not the first time when I was hunting for the hosting companies, I have been in the touch with these providers from last 6 years and the differences between previous and today’s scenario are like more numbers of hosting companies and ease of searching them. Previously what used to happen were that there were very less hosting providers like Go Daddy, HostGator, AT&T etc with less competition and better services. You just needed to find out the type of hosting you require and go for any hosting provider. But today’s scenario is totally different. There have been ‘n’ numbers of hosting companies with great competition but with bad services. So, here comes the problem, Which hosting provider should we choose? And It has become peak hard to find best hosting provider.

We can find many reliable VPS Hosting India providers with lots of offers and promises but at the end we find ourselves in black hole which ultimately affects our businesses. So what I want to say is we must do some task before choosing any hosting provider. I am not saying that we should go with any big and famous hosting company blindly because they too can have some sort of issues. There are new hosting companies who provide better services than big companies even at low price. With following few easy tasks we can less the list. So I am jotting down some points which can help you in finding your new hosting provider.

1. As we have got the best place called “Google” to search for anything. I have searched for cheap vps hosting India as my need was VPS Hosting and I got many hosting providers. You too can search with your requirements/queries and then list out the companies name. Now here we will go in opposite scenario. We will try to find out unreliable hosting companies. Unreliable companies provide lots of offers which sound attractive but make sure we have to find reliable companies. We can narrow our list by keen looking of their terms and conditions and by asking any kind of hidden conditions. 
2. Go through their website. Try to look at their all services and applications. Try to visit their web pages related to vps hosting which can give more details about the product from the company. 
3. Once you visit their website, have a live chat with their customer support. You can ask them all your queries and can find out the differences between information from chat and the information on their website. Also check for their response time which will tell you their activeness against your queries if get their hosting services. 
4. One of the most important tasks is to go through the customer reviews to see what have been the experiences of their genuine customers. 
5.  If you are a start-up website/business then above task are enough to find reliable and cheap hosting providers. But if you are a medium/high level business then ask for technical representation and any live client experience interaction (if possible). 
6.  Last but not least ask them for money-back guarantee policy, because lots of reliable and best hosting companies give this option if they couldn’t provide satisfied services.

      What not to do?

1.  Don’t ever go for very new hosting providers as they try to attract customers with many offers for their own business. 
2. Never rely on hosting providers’ acknowledgment. First gather the basic knowledge of your hosting needs so that you can interact with their technical team and can understand stuffs. 
3.  If you are choosing for some new company then don’t go for long-term business as they’ll give you good offers on long-term service, first experience their service on month on month basis for some time if satisfied can renew it for a long term.

So, these are the points which I can sum up after having an awesome and hassled experience as well while searching for my previous hosting providers. Finding a good service provider has never been easy. But it’s the matter of our business so we need to do some research which takes bit time but at the end we will feel ourselves in safe hand. The more we’ll do research the more we’ll find best provider. I too have been following these points but not in the same manner as I noted, according to search and situation which was bit difficult and harassed. If we keep these points in mind while searching for the hosting companies it would be very easy task to complete.
